With our app, you can easily track your progress, follow a monthly workout calendar, and enjoy the convenience of taking your workouts with you wherever you go. Simply open the app and press play - no need to waste time making decisions.

All of our classes are led by Robin Long and our team of highly trained Lindywell Certified Pilates Instructors. You'll have access to over 250 workout options in our library, allowing you to find exactly what suits your needs. Whether you're looking for workouts tailored to specific muscle groups, varying levels of difficulty, or addressing specific life stages like prenatal/postpartum or injury recovery, Lindywell has got you covered.

At Lindywell, we follow a proven process to help you develop the habit of regular movement that will have long-lasting benefits for your overall well-being. Our teachings are grounded in research that supports mind-body wellness.

In addition to our extensive workout library, we provide an array of nourishing recipes designed by registered dieticians. These recipes support healthy digestion and help reduce inflammation. You can even search for recipes based on dietary needs such as gluten-free or vegan options. We regularly update our recipe collection so that you always have something new and delicious to try.

Using the app is included with your Lindywell membership. Just sign in with your Lindywell login to get started. Payments are handled through your iTunes Account and can be managed under Account Settings after initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. If you cancel, any remaining portion of your free trial will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made by disabling auto-renewal.
