All of our classes are led by Robin Long and our team of highly trained Lindywell Certified Pilates Instructors. You'll have access to over 250 workout options in our library, allowing you to find exactly what suits your needs. Whether you're looking for workouts tailored to specific muscle groups, varying levels of difficulty, or addressing specific life stages like prenatal/postpartum or injury recovery, Lindywell has got you covered.

Using the app is included with your Lindywell membership. Just sign in with your Lindywell login to get started. Payments are handled through your iTunes Account and can be managed under Account Settings after initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. If you cancel, any remaining portion of your free trial will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made by disabling auto-renewal.
